Legal Secretary - Belfast City Centre

We are recruiting on behalf of a very busy and rapidly expanding firm in Belfast City centre for a conveyancing legal secretary.

The successful candidate will have worked in a conveyancing role for at least five years and will also have experience in Wills and Probate.  Some knowledge of Legal Aid would be desirable.

A salary of between £23,000 and £25,000 is on offer for this role, together with other benefits upon annual reviews.

Conveyancing Secretary - Lurgan

A Solicitors firm in Lurgan is seeking a legal secretary with experience in conveyancing.

Essential criteria/responsibilities:

  • 18 months experience as a legal secretary

  • Experience in conveyancing

  • Experience of LMS, LandWeb and completing SDLT returns

  • Audio typing

  • Diary management

  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail

The firm has their own private car park available for use.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Conveyancing Secretary/Paralegal - Armagh

Legal Secretary or paralegal required for a firm of Solicitors based on the outskirts of Armagh city centre. 


Essential criteria:

  • Must have minimum of 18 months experience as a conveyancing legal secretary

  • Audio typing

  • Ability to undertake all work in connection with the role to include applying for Property Certificates, Searches, liaising with clients, Land Registry etc.

  • Diary management

  • Good telephone manner

  • Ability to work on your own initiative

On-site parking available.

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.00pm, however some flexibility may be possible.

We are recruiting on behalf of a very busy firm in Belfast for a legal secretary.  The firm is within walking distance of public transport and there is car parking nearby.

Essential criteria:

  • The successful applicant will have worked as a conveyancing legal secretary for the past two years.

  • Audio typing experience.

  • Knowledge of MS Office.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Ability to multitask and work on own initiative.


Experience in matrimonial and probate would be an advantage, but not necessary.

Hours of work are 9am to 5pm, however some flexibility can be accommodated for the right applicant.
